SAPPHIRE ASH

I carved and sculpted this Memento Mori ring in jewellers wax and he was then cast in .925 sterling silver, including a synthetic blue sapphire baguette between his little teeth.
After the casting, I finished Ash in my small studio with my own two hands.

Sapphire Ash is a one- off piece and entirely handmade with love in my Utrecht studio.
- Cast in solid sterling silver from my original wax design
- A mouth filled with a 4.5 mm wide, synthetic blue sapphire
- The face of the ring measures approximately 24 mm tall and 20 mm wide
- The band has a width of 2.9 mm
- Sapphire Ash weighs 5.3 grams
